Review: ELF (2003) *** 1/2 Will Ferrell, James Caan, Mary Steenburgen, Edward Asner, Bob Newhart, Zooey Daschanel, Daniel Tay, Amy Sedaris, Faizon Love, Andy Richter, Kyle Gass, Michael Lerner, Artie Lange, Peter Billingsley, Peter Dinklage, Claire Lautier, Jon Favreau. Ferrell gives inspired madness and a man who rose from the elves at the North Pole and discover that the human dismay hes really asks the quest to get reunited with his long lost father (Caan for small inspired casting), malbonkondutan-list tenants, who works in the children's Book Publisher New York, just in time for Christmas. Due to extremely funny goofy yet sweet and wonderful turns Ferrell (no one else can pull off the razors edge looks like an idiot, but keeping the innocent joy of a child and bares surprisingly resemble Tom Hanks turn BIG), a large, especially in the root beguilingly nyörű Daschanel like other saints Little Helper at Gimbelswho fall in love. Directed by heat styling and brilliant Favreau (who cameo) and rookie David Berenbaum wrote the smart, funny script that is for all ages, the nostalgic bo Lintas classic animated holiday special for good measure.
