Review: With the Invisible Woman is another feature that Ralph Fiennes decides Charles Dickens, you say that the performer, as is already known for his love of Shakespeare, has developed a new love affair with English literature. With Fiennes at the helm, this biographical drama based on the book by Claire Tomalin, take a walk in the privacy of a public figure, Charles Dickens. Although the Invisible Woman is positioning itself at the center of Victorian literate, it is really the story Nelly Ternan (Felicity Jones), hence the name. The main part of the character-piece unfolds as a flashback as the story oscillates between the world and the world of Dickens Dickens. The name refers to a mysterious young Nellie, an ardent supporter of the literary colossus, as she enters a secret affair with her idol. She spends most of her youth lovingly involved with the author, but given that Dickens was much older, it was inevitable that she would survive her lover. Alone with his thoughts, Nellie, dressed in black sad, marching along the beaches of Margate like a lunatic in the night, exhausted the loss of his companion, she must find a way to bring the head to the end of her life, so she can move on. Dickens draws a picture as a talented and charitable man as he was, but we are also involved in more sinister side invisible, as we learn from these malicious acts against his wife (played by Joanna Scanlan). The camera takes its time, as it absorbs the brilliant performances by the actors and Obi Morgan (Shame, The Iron Lady) scenario provides a masterful tale of trepidation, as it takes us into a period Dickens. Ultimately, says the Invisible Woman as a beautifully crafted piece of cinema, but it somehow pales in comparison with Fiennes earlier, more vigorous work. Anthony Lowerywww.moviematrix.co.uk
