Review: Best Man is a very funny romantic comedy. Clicks ensemble cast and fighting with each other at the right time. Taye Diggss character, Harper is charming and charismatic, but why did he write a book that causes pain to those with him? It is in the light of your friends or discover his weakness? Maybe a little both.There is a good mix of very funny and intense feeling when the audience is captured, cheering some of the other cast and hiss. Its quite amazing transformation that occurs in some of the characters, especially when needed. Terrence Howards character, Quentin, is a prime example. At the beginning of the film Quentin essentially a person who has no direction and decorum in his behavior. In the course of the film becomes the voice of wisdom and the glue that holds together for the first second directorial him.Malcolm Lees is absolutely amazing in this well-paced, universally appealing film. Do not miss it.
